1. Grade: Fe500, Fe500D or Fe550D
Fe500 is common for general construction. Fe500D has better ductility and suits projects that need extra safety margin. Ask your engineer which grade the drawing calls for. Do not guess.
2. Size and quantity
Confirm the diameters (8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 16 mm, 20 mm and so on) and the total tonnage before asking for a quote. It saves back and forth.
3. Test certificate
Ask for the mill test certificate with the batch. It shows the grade and the strength values for what you are buying.
4. Delivery
